3R's NUWAY Counseling Center – Addiction Rehab in Minneapolis, Minnesota

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at 3R’s NUWAY Counseling Center is designed to address substance use issues along with concurrent mental health challenges by employing a trauma-informed and evidence-based methodology. This program holds accreditation from the Joint Commission and incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), 12-Step facilitation, motivational interviewing, and prolonged exposure therapy. Participants engage in 20 sessions of therapy focused on co-occurring conditions weekly, enjoy access to healthy snacks throughout the day, and can benefit from peer support services, among other resources. Additionally, 3R’s NUWAY Counseling Center offers gender-specific therapy groups and maintains an inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ individuals.
