Key leadership roles at the facility include the House Manager, Assistant Manager, House Accountant, and Chore Advisor. In the initial 30 days of residency, individuals are required to participate in five recovery meetings each week, followed by three weekly meetings thereafter. Outside treatment is not mandated by Access Foundation. Access Foundation Shadow Springs is accredited by the Joint Commission and recognized by the Utah state government. The facility itself features a six-bedroom, three-bathroom setup, encompassing two recreational rooms, a yard, and a laundry facility, totaling an area of 3,800 square feet. Residents engage in their weekly recovery meetings and a house meeting every Sunday at 6 p.m. It is required for residents to secure employment within their first month of staying at the facility, and they receive assistance to aid in job hunting. Access Foundation Shadow Springs enforces a strict no-drug policy. Individuals who test positive will need to vacate the premises, but their beds are held for 72 hours, allowing for readmission if they subsequently test negative within that timeframe. Smoking is permitted outside, but not inside the residence. During the initial 30 days, a curfew is set at 10 p.m., which extends to midnight afterward. Monthly rent amounts to $500, payable on the first of each month, with a $300 security deposit required. Random drug tests and those conducted due to suspicion cost $5 each. If rent is paid late, Access Foundation imposes a $25 fee for payments made between the 6th and 15th and a $50 fee for payments made after the 15th. Payment options include Venmo, CashApp, and card payments subject to a 3.25% processing fee. Furthermore, Access Foundation provides BizLab services aimed at entrepreneurs, supporting those looking to launch a business during recovery. Consultation fees are $90 per hour, with a BizLab kit priced at $350, and all four kits available for $990. In addition to this location, Access Foundation offers nearby housing options for men at Saving Grace, Elmwood, Serenity Station, The Mission, and The Parkway, while also providing housing for women at Elmwood, Serenity Station, and Sundown. These facilities are also conveniently located near Zion National Park and follow similar operational policies, differing only in the timing of their weekly meetings.
