Located to the north of Orlando, AdventHealth's Hope and Healing Center is dedicated to supporting individuals—both men and women—who are overcoming challenges related to alcohol and drug addiction, including opioid dependence. The Hope and Healing Center welcomes adults who are seeking treatment on a voluntary basis, without the need for referrals. AdventHealth's Hope and Healing Center provides a comprehensive 30-day residential program as well as an intensive outpatient (IOP) option, which spans 4 to 6 weeks. Both programs incorporate personalized and group counseling sessions along with strategies for preventing relapse. Participants in the residential program benefit from round-the-clock support, engaging in more than 10 hours of therapeutic activities each week. Unique therapies offered in this program encompass music therapy, family therapy, yoga sessions, budget management, and help with job applications. The IOP option can be accessed either following residential care or directly after detoxification. This program emphasizes group therapy, with AdventHealth coordinating sessions for 3 hours a day, three days a week.
