Crossroads also supports clients with transportation and childcare requirements. With a founding year of 1974, Crossroads has accumulated over 50 years of expertise in addressing substance use and eating disorders. Crossroads offers distinct day treatment and intensive outpatient programs tailored for women dealing with substance use and eating disorders. Participants in the eating disorder IOP engage in group therapy sessions that employ cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) under the guidance of experienced masters-level clinicians. In addition, they receive medical nutrition therapy from dieticians and enjoy shared meals overseen by these professionals. This program runs from Monday to Friday for 3 hours each day. The day treatment program provides a higher intensity of care, lasting 6 hours daily from Monday to Friday. For women in the substance use IOP, the program includes one-on-one sessions and group therapy covering early recovery, relapse prevention, family education, social support, and participation in 12-Step groups. This program operates 3 to 5 days a week for 3 hours daily, while the day treatment comprises 6 hours per day, 5 days a week, facilitating separate group meetings for substance use and eating disorders for half the day, transitioning to combined sessions for the remaining time. Crossroads also provides additional individual, couples, family, and group counseling for both men and women experiencing substance use and eating disorders, aiding clients in navigating personal challenges and improving interpersonal relationships. Furthermore, they offer a driver education and evaluation program (DEEP) for individuals facing charges related to driving under the influence.
The rehabilitation center specializes in addressing issues related to substance abuse and mental health. Here, you will benefit from personalized treatment tailored to your specific needs and diagnosis, acquire essential skills for your recovery journey, and foster new relationships in a healing atmosphere.
Crossroads welcomes a variety of prominent private insurance plans.
