The center provides a rigorous intensive outpatient program (IOP), available both in-person and online, with durations typically spanning 16 to 24 weeks. Participants engage in relapse prevention strategies, utilize the Minnesota Matrix Model, and receive anger management counseling, alongside access to medically-assisted treatment providers. Gender-specific in-person IOP sessions are available, along with a distinct program for the LGBTQIA+ community called Elite Affirm, which requires a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. Participants can earn housing credits based on their outpatient treatment hours at Elite Recovery, applying these credits toward their housing expenses. Monthly housing rates vary from $550 to $1200.
