To support a holistic healing process, Naomi’s Nest incorporates yoga classes and opportunities for community service and work therapy, such as urban agriculture. The overarching goal of Elmhurst Home is to assist clients in achieving lasting recovery and personal growth, supplemented by mental health referrals and aid in securing employment or housing. Additionally, Naomi’s Nest emphasizes rehabilitation and crime deterrence by providing GED preparation, job training before release, material support, and spiritual mentorship.
The rehabilitation center specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders alongside mental health issues that may occur simultaneously. The individualized treatment plans focus on addressing all conditions concurrently, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery through empathetic and tailored care.
