The Emily Program is a specialized facility focused on treating eating disorders, committed to ensuring that everyone has access to high-quality care and the necessary resources for sustained recovery. It provides a full spectrum of services, including 24/7 inpatient care and outpatient options, available in various states. Both in-person and virtual treatment modalities are offered. The program employs multidisciplinary teams that work to empower individuals, families, and communities with essential skills to support recovery at home. Embarking on the journey to recovery can be daunting. The Emily Program supports patients at their current stage and guides them through their healing process step by step. Treatment options are tailored for children, teens, and adults of all genders, whether in-person or online. Their consistent aim is to deliver the most effective treatment for clients and their families, maximizing their chances of success. Skilled care teams comprising therapists, dietitians, and medical professionals address all facets of this complex issue. Treatment generally involves individual and group therapy utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), nutritional guidance, and skills training. Patients will examine their relationship with food and body through therapeutic meals and activities like yoga and art therapy. The program's academic coordinators make sure that school-age participants maintain their education while receiving treatment. The Emily Program has facilities in Minnesota, Washington, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Georgia. The Emily Program conducts thorough assessments of eating disorders to identify the most appropriate level of care for each individual. They provide a complete range of services at multiple locations nationwide, encompassing inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs (PHP/IOP), and outpatient care. Most locations offer both in-person and virtual options. Inpatient services represent their highest level of care, often the initial step for individuals needing medical stabilization. Residential treatment is intended for those who are medically stable but require 24-hour behavioral and medical monitoring. Intensive programs (PHP/IOP) offer more structure and assistance compared to standard outpatient care while allowing greater independence than full-time care. Outpatient support serves as their least intensive option and fosters ongoing recovery. The Emily Program promotes a positive "Can Eat" Culture, advocating that patients can positively alter their eating behaviors through staff-supported therapeutic meals and snacks. The program embraces the inclusion of all foods and emphasizes a non-judgmental approach to eating. The in-person treatments take place in a warm, welcoming environment. The multidisciplinary team shares a commitment to a collaborative care community and adheres to clinical best practices throughout all levels of treatment. Their approach is designed to accommodate patients at any stage of their recovery process and to help patients and their support networks cultivate the skills essential for enduring recovery. The admissions team at The Emily Program is ready to assist clients and their families in initiating the treatment process, available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, Fridays until 7:30 PM ET, and weekends from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
At this center, you can receive assistance for eating disorders, focusing on symptom management, developing coping strategies, and enhancing your physical well-being with the guidance of professionals.
The Emily Program collaborates with numerous insurance providers to ensure that their services are available to a broad audience.
