Evolve offers specialized rehabilitation for adolescents dealing with addiction, significant mental health issues, and co-occurring disorders. In addition to DBT, the center utilizes evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-oriented cognitive therapy. Mindfulness practices include mindful walking, cooking, yoga, and meditation. Evolve also features a variety of experiential therapies, such as equine therapy, hiking, surf therapy, art therapy, psychodrama, and social activities. Evolve addresses substance use disorders and various mental health conditions, including severe cases like suicidality and self-harming behaviors.
