Located on a vast and lush campus, Good Road Recovery Center is a licensed treatment facility for substance use disorders, managed by the Three Affiliated Tribes: The Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation. Only members of the MHA can participate in this unique program tailored to their needs. Good Road Recovery recognizes that addiction is a disease affecting not just individuals but also their families and the broader community. The center emphasizes the importance of connecting clients with traditional beliefs and the Great Spirit, enhancing their chances of maintaining sobriety. This is achieved through supportive education, cultural re-engagement, and family-oriented prevention efforts. The center provides both residential and outpatient services, along with comprehensive case management, customizing treatment to meet individual needs without a set minimum duration, which can extend from 18 to 24 months. Nestled in a secluded, rural environment, Good Road Recovery features a modernized and spacious facility that includes a movie theater, comfortable lounge areas (both indoors and outdoors), large communal bathrooms, and scenic walking paths. Clients have the opportunity to appreciate nearby mountain views or stroll around the extensive green grounds.
The primary focus of this center is on addressing substance use disorders, assisting individuals in achieving stability, developing strategies to prevent relapse, and linking them to caring support systems.
At Good Road Recovery, we understand that seeking help for substance use disorder is a significant step, and we strive to make the process as accessible as possible for our clients. Our center is dedicated to providing individualized treatment options tailored to the unique needs of each client member of the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation. We accept a variety of insurance plans to help cover the costs associated with our comprehensive treatment programs, including residential and outpatient services, as well as intensive case management. While specifics regarding coverage may vary, our admissions team is available to assist clients in navigating their insurance benefits and understanding their payment options. For clients without insurance, we offer adaptive payment plans to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent access to the essential care needed for recovery. We believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to heal and reclaim their lives, supported by our commitment to non-judgmental education and the revitalization of traditional cultural teachings. Please reach out to our admissions team at Good Road Recovery for more information on accepted providers and insurance policies, or to discuss personalized payment options that best suit your circumstances. We are here to support you on your journey to recovery.
