Integrative Life Center (ILC) offers exceptional treatment for men aged 18 and over through its residential program, featuring a cozy lodge with 11 beds nestled in the picturesque hills of West Nashville. Set amidst 8 acres of tranquil woods, the facility fosters a calming environment conducive to healing. Participants in the residential program at ILC benefit from tailored care through a diverse range of over 20 therapeutic approaches that cater to their unique requirements. The center works with most insurance providers and will confirm coverage during the initial intake. The skilled team at ILC employs a holistic strategy that merges traditional and modern therapeutic methods in both individual and group sessions. Their offerings include eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR) to assist with trauma, along with trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness practices, music and art therapies, and martial arts therapy. In addition, ILC hosts a family program for patients, providing 2.5 days of comprehensive involvement with the treatment team and therapists at no extra charge.
