IAFF Center of Excellence – Addiction Rehab in Upper Marlboro, Maryland

IAFF Center of Excellence is a specialized rehabilitation and recovery facility focusing on behavioral health, particularly PTSD, for fire service professionals facing issues related to trauma, substance use, and addiction. Clients stay in one of four themed station houses, each thoughtfully decorated to reflect a firehouse ambiance, equipped with comfortable furniture. Accommodation is organized to group clients with similar treatment objectives, fostering a sense of community and mutual support. Offered amenities include walking paths, yoga sessions, animal-assisted therapy, outdoor volleyball, basketball courts, an outdoor swimming pool, and a well-equipped gym. Additionally, clients receive nutrition coaching and have access to nutritious meals and snacks throughout their stay.
