Mending Hearts is a residential treatment facility focused on assisting women who are at risk of becoming homeless and face challenges with substance abuse and mental health issues. Established in 2004, this center is committed to fostering a supportive environment that encourages recovery for all women, irrespective of their economic status. The center employs a holistic approach to recovery, offering medical detox and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for those dealing with withdrawal symptoms. Clients undergo assessments for co-occurring disorders to ensure they receive the vital support required for effective recovery. Services available include individual and group therapy, family counseling, skill development workshops, and guidance on the Twelve Step program. Beyond the residential options, Mending Hearts also features community living, independent living, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and intensive outpatient services (IOP) to provide continuous support after discharge. Mending Hearts accepts a variety of major insurance providers and receives funding from the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, assisting individuals who may struggle to pay for treatment. The transitional living program charges an admission fee of $100 with a weekly rate of $135, while the independent living program also has a $100 admission fee and the same weekly cost.
The rehabilitation center specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders alongside related mental health issues. Our approach ensures that your treatment plan caters to both conditions simultaneously, providing individualized and empathetic support for thorough recovery.
Mending Hearts works with a variety of leading insurance providers.
