Situated in an industrial area of Lansing, this rehab center provides two tiers of care: partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). The PHP is designed to prevent the need for hospitalization and acts as a transitional option for clients moving down from inpatient or residential care. Participants can access extensive treatment, which includes 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. The IOP caters to individuals whose symptoms are worsening and who are not making sufficient progress with their ongoing therapy or outpatient care. This program offers treatment for 3 hours each day, 3 to 5 days a week. The staff consists of experts specializing in the treatment of anxiety, bipolar disorder, depressive disorders, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and co-occurring neurodivergent conditions. They utilize a mix of evidence-based practices and alternative therapies to address the individual's overall well-being. Common therapeutic approaches employed include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), experiential techniques, mindfulness, yoga, nutrition counseling, and exposure and response prevention (ERP).
At the rehabilitation center, individuals benefit from customized support for mental health challenges. The dedicated staff offers a variety of therapeutic approaches and designs treatment plans that align with each person's specific requirements, diagnoses, and choices.
The Odyssey Outpatient Network center is affiliated with BlueCross BlueShield and Priority Health.
