Situated near the therapeutic Exton Park, Sanare Today Exton provides services for both adolescents and adults in the communities of Exton, Coatesville, Thorndale, and various other suburban areas in Chester County. The center offers day and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs to address mental health issues such as ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, codependency, depression, grief, OCD, PTSD, self-harm, and trauma, as well as substance use challenges involving alcohol and benzodiazepines. Therapy groups are limited to up to 8 participants and focus on coping strategies, skills development, and support. Family members are encouraged to join group therapy sessions every few weeks to enhance their understanding of the recovery process and to learn supportive techniques. The intake team at Sanare Today aims to arrange appointments within 24 hours of initial contact, with the possibility of same-day therapy for some clients. The center features various treatment tracks tailored to different age groups and care intensities. For adults, day treatment is available from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Three distinct IOP tracks are provided for adults: a general program, one focusing on trauma, and another tailored to young adults.
