Thira Health offers a specialized treatment program designed for women, adolescent girls, and gender non-conforming individuals who are facing challenges such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and other related mental health issues. With a team of skilled professionals leading the way, Thira addresses the unique requirements of its clients by employing evidence-based methods primarily based on dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). The caring staff comprises licensed experts in areas like art therapy, nutritional guidance, and more, enabling each individual to discover and achieve their personal goals. The center provides both residential and various outpatient services, including morning and evening intensive outpatient (IOP) options, as well as partial hospitalization programs (PHP). The morning IOP caters to teens and adults seeking help with anxiety and depression while accommodating their other daily responsibilities. Conversely, the PHP delivers a more structured support system for eating disorders, operating daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekends. The facility boasts spaces for group therapy, along with several cozy rooms designated for one-on-one sessions. During their downtime, clients can relax in a recreation area equipped with a TV and comfortable seating. Thira Health is committed to offering a nurturing environment where girls and women can progress in their healing journeys at a pace that suits them.
At this center, individuals struggling with eating disorders can receive comprehensive treatment that focuses on symptom management, the development of coping strategies, and the restoration of overall health, all provided by a team of experienced professionals.
