They provide flexible outpatient services featuring personalized treatment plans, effective therapeutic techniques, and ongoing alumni assistance. Clients can receive quality care regardless of financial circumstances, as Medicaid is accepted, and transportation support is available through partnerships with Uber Health and RTD Access-a-Ride. At AspenRidge Recovery, treatment is tailored to each person's unique needs, with a focus on navigating the appropriate levels of care and therapies. The center employs a variety of evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing, in addition to holistic approaches that promote overall well-being—socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Clients foster genuine happiness through the formation of a supportive sober community, engaging in hobbies, mending important relationships, and creating a fulfilling life. The day program at AspenRidge, also referred to as partial hospitalization (PHP), offers over 30 hours of structured care weekly for a month. Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) is divided into a 5-day option providing 15 hours weekly for up to 60 days, and a 3-day option offering 9 hours weekly for a maximum of 90 days. Each program includes group and individual therapy, medication-assisted support, and case management, with both in-person and hybrid formats. Clients have the option to be referred to local sober living facilities. The alumni network at AspenRidge Recovery provides a continuous support system that aids in maintaining sobriety. Regular meetings and an alumni app facilitate sharing of recovery achievements and requests for help. Engaging activities such as kayaking, talent shows, holiday celebrations, and sports keep alumni motivated and connected, illustrating that recovery is not only achievable but also enjoyable and enriching.
