Forge Health Princeton, situated in a charming academic community, provides both in-person and remote outpatient services for individuals dealing with substance use and mental health challenges. At Forge Health Princeton, there are three available treatment modalities: therapy/counseling, outpatient services, and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). Clients can select from options such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) groups, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) groups, and specific groups for women. Forge Health has a strong emphasis on addressing co-occurring conditions, particularly focusing on trauma and PTSD. Those utilizing the outpatient services at Forge Health Princeton can enjoy an environment filled with natural light and luxurious healing spaces. The program is supervised by a qualified therapist who employs trauma-informed therapeutic approaches and mindfulness-based stress management techniques. Participants have the opportunity to engage in individual, group, psychoeducational, and couples counseling sessions.
