The Morton Center is dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their lives and strengthening family bonds through education, assistance, and treatment grounded in a trauma-informed perspective. They specialize in addressing substance use disorders while also integrating care for accompanying mental health issues in adults, as well as offering customized mental health services for children and adolescents. Available services include intensive outpatient programs for both adults and teens, individual and group therapy, family counseling, and medication-assisted treatments. They facilitate both in-person and telehealth sessions. For children aged 5 and older, the center provides therapeutic support that doesn’t require a parent or guardian to be in treatment concurrently. The Morton Center employs age-appropriate methods like art therapy, play therapy, and sand tray therapy, allowing youngsters to safely explore and express their feelings in a nurturing setting. The center also provides consultations for caregivers to equip them with strategies to bolster their children's emotional well-being at home. Furthermore, The Morton Center offers tailored services for adolescents aged 12 to 18. They provide early intervention to tackle substance use issues before they worsen, conduct assessments to identify the necessary level of care and any co-existing mental health conditions, and offer one-on-one and family therapy, along with an intensive outpatient program (IOP). This program meets on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 8:30 PM, featuring group therapy, psychoeducation, and peer support. For adults, The Morton Center's outpatient programs encompass an IOP designed to help them manage work and family life while focusing on their recovery. This program runs on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 8:30 PM. In addition, they provide individual, couples, and family therapy options. Their aftercare services include support groups facilitated by therapists, ensuring adults remain connected to a robust recovery community. They also offer medication-assisted treatment for adults struggling with opioid use disorder, using medications such as suboxone, vivitrol, and methadone.
The rehabilitation center offers specialized treatment for substance use disorders along with any related mental health issues. Each individual's treatment plan targets all conditions simultaneously, ensuring a compassionate and personalized approach for holistic recovery.
