New Vista's residential treatment program at The Schwartz Center caters to adults grappling with opioid dependency, including those beginning or already on medication, alongside individuals facing co-occurring mental health challenges. Their 28-day short-term program provides a tailored, supportive environment that is free from judgment, featuring distinct, calm areas for men and women, all aimed at establishing a successful recovery journey. The treatment model focuses on each person's unique requirements, incorporating a well-organized daily routine that includes both group and individual therapy sessions, family involvement, and educational workshops. Participants are empowered to lay a solid foundation for their recovery by gaining insights into addiction and acquiring vital coping mechanisms and life skills necessary for maintaining sobriety. At The Schwartz Center, the residential accommodations include separate quarters, housing 12 men and 12 women. The program also offers transportation for crucial activities like court appearances or medical visits. Following the residential phase, they provide intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and outpatient therapy, emphasizing skill development, relapse prevention, coping techniques, and case management to enhance the likelihood of sustained recovery.
The rehabilitation center specializes in addressing issues related to substance use and simultaneous mental health challenges. Treatment plans are tailored to meet individual needs, providing empathetic support for holistic recovery.
