Addiction Recovery Care (ARC) offers tailored treatment services specifically intended for women dealing with addiction. With a strong focus on a Christian, holistic framework, ARC nurtures the individual as a whole—encompassing mind, body, and spirit. The program is organized into a detailed four-phase structure designed to lead participants toward enduring recovery, starting from a detoxification phase and eventually progressing to a hands-on internship at ARC, where participants can put their skills into practice within a supportive community. During the initial phase, the primary aim is to assist clients in achieving stability through supervised detoxification. This stage comes with extensive support, including round-the-clock availability of medical addiction professionals, individual and group therapy sessions, and engagement in recovery-oriented meetings such as AA, NA, and Celebrate Recovery. In Phase 2, clients continue their recovery journey with support from peers and training in vital life skills, such as budgeting and housing support. This phase provides intensive outpatient treatment, customized case management, options for spiritual enrichment, ongoing counseling, and access to a supportive sober living environment. This holistic strategy equips clients with vital tools for sustained success in recovery. Phase 3 emphasizes taking proactive steps toward recovery. Clients engage in community service, receive targeted job training, and explore educational opportunities while continuing to benefit from ongoing support and case management. Phase 4 focuses on active participation in recovery initiatives. Clients are involved in community service and specialized job training and can enroll in educational programs. Throughout this phase, they receive substantial support and personalized case management, helping them to develop the skills and confidence essential for lasting recovery and reintegration into their communities. Addiction Recovery Care (ARC) integrates Christian values into its treatment processes, focusing on healing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. This integration is evident through spiritual care offerings, chaplain services, and involvement in 12-Step programs such as AA and NA or faith-oriented recovery meetings like Celebrate Recovery. This blend fosters a connection to a higher power and reinforces Christian principles, highlighting the importance of spiritual health alongside emotional and physical well-being, thereby creating a comprehensive and nurturing recovery atmosphere. ARC's "Crisis to Career" initiative is aimed at helping individuals transition from recovery to fulfilling employment. Clients receive specialized job training, practical experience through internships, and educational resources, such as certificates in Health and Human Services from Sullivan University. This comprehensive approach prepares clients for ongoing success both personally and professionally, supported by continuous counseling, case management, and peer connection.
